This notice explains how the Pack 632 Trailhead (this website) handles information. It is a volunteer-run tool used by our pack's leaders and families to track advancement, events, and rosters. It is operated by Pack 632 and is not an official Scouting America website.
Only to run the pack: tracking rank and adventure progress, meeting attendance, event reminders, and roster completeness. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, and there is no third-party tracking or advertising on this site.
Access is role-based. Families see only their own children. Den leaders see their den; pack leaders see the pack. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.
We send only pack-related email (sign-in links, event reminders, and leader announcements) as individual messages, never as a shared list. You can opt out of announcements per contact; sign-in link emails are required to log in.
We use a single functional cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Signed-in families can edit their own children's information directly. You may also ask us to correct or permanently erase your family's data at any time; the tool supports full erasure of a family's records. Email contact@email.pack632.org.
Because this tool holds information about minors, access is limited to the child's own family and their pack's leaders, and records are removed when a scout leaves the pack or upon request.
